While general exercise or standard physical therapy has not been shown to effectively treat scoliosis, scoliosis-specific exercise programs like ScoliBalance® are supported by research and shown to be effective—especially when delivered by trained professionals. Our exercise programs comprise methods taken from Chiropractic BioPhysics, SEAS (Specific Exercise Approach to Scoliosis) and Schroth methods creating ScoliBalance®.
